Our Story
“Sometimes the best things in life happen quite unexpectedly.” Nothing could describe the story of how Triple M Embroidery and Graphics came to be better than this statement.
It was 23 years ago that Triple M began from the ground up with a lot of love, a little hope, and a big dream. I was raising three daughters: Megan, Morgan & Mikah while working full time as a manager at a small embroidery business and my husband full time as a Local 150 Operating Engineer. Needless to say, we were busy! I did not want to miss my girls’ events in school and knew I needed to make a change. So, out of the four walls of our dining room, the very same place my family would gather for dinner each night, I created Triple M Embroidery and Graphics, named after my three beautiful daughters. It was this leap of faith that allowed me to be present in watching my girls do what they loved, while also generating an income. I do not think I ever could have anticipated just how much my “little business” would thrive and grow to what it has become today.
All these years later, family remains at the center of Triple M with each of my daughters having a hand in the business. Morgan, my middle daughter, is a full time Triple M employee. She is in the thick of the work all day every day, putting together all your custom orders and making sure each detail is perfect. Mikah, my youngest daughter, is the laser printer extraordinaire. She is there many days a week supplying you all with your beautiful personalized cups, cutting boards and any other laser engraving you need. Megan, my oldest daughter, is always ready to dive in and help whenever the need for an extra set of hands in fulfilling your amazing orders arises.
And, of course, this section would not be complete if I did not also tell you about another very important aspect of Triple M: our supportive family. Not only was I blessed with three amazing daughters, but each of them has also brought an amazing son-in-law to my world. These unions have brought the greatest blessings of my life, which are my six beautiful grandchildren. It goes without saying that our grandchildren are what my husband and I are most proud of. If you have ever stopped in to the shop, you have likely seen one, two or all six of them flying through the shop on their scooters or just there to greet you with a sweet smile and warm hug. As I said before, family really is at the center of this business. Naturally, it would not be a family business without the recent addition of my incredible husband who retired this year! He is a great help, and it brings my heart such joy to have the whole team together. The more the merrier I say!
